DIOR announced on March 19 that musician Cocomi, the eldest daughter of former SMAP Takuya Kimura and singer Shizuka Kudo, and the sister of Koki, who works as a model, will be their Japan ambassador. Conveying her love for the art of the Maison Savoir-Faire (traditional technology).

The video shows how Cocomi visited a location in Paris this January related to Dior. She toured the Dior Heritage and Haute Couture atelier, a collection of dress and fragrance archives. She learned about the brand by interacting with the Maisons in English, and sometimes French at summer school. In the final stage, Peter Philips, the Makeup Creative & Image Director, shows the makeup and flute practice.

In the May issue of Vogue Japan, Peter Phillips of Makeup Creative & Image Director of Dior worked on the make-up, displayed the cover and her little sister, Koki. He updated her Instagram on March 19 and released the same day, she released two shots with her older sister to congratulate her.

The daughter of two great J-pop musicians, Cocomi grew up surrounded by music. She started playing the violin at the age of three, and started playing the flute at the age of eleven. After studying at the International School, she entered the music department of Toho Women’s High School. She has achieved excellent results in various competitions.
